Welcome to our newly created forum for Pewter Heart Productions (PHP)! We also have a newly updated
PHP website, and are excited to announce a new original song by Phil Marshall and our own Susan Crockett, titled "
Through the Eyes of a Friend." We hope you will love the song as much as we do, and support Phil and Susan with a purchased download. You can read more about the evolution of the song from Sue, but we felt this song represents much of who we are and why we are here.
Download the song on

PHP has evolved from a special group of friends, who came together through common interests in music, supporting worthy causes, and through supporting musicians in their endeavours to promote their music, and "give back" to causes near to their hearts. After discovering how much people enjoyed our first event featuring
Phil Marshall at the Race for Hope in Washington, DC last year, we decided we would like to continue the journey and see where this passion might take us. As we've networked, and worked with other artists and organizations, we've discovered there is untapped potential for this type of unique focus. So, we are going to see where the journey leads. We're glad you're interested in coming along.

In addition to the owners, we have an advisory board that will provide a sounding board for ideas, assist with events and promotion for the company, and some of them will be moderators on the forum.
Please look for our personal introductions in the "
Introduce Yourself" thread.
One more thing...if you're asking "Why Pewter Heart?".....this goes back to a wonderful idea by of course...our Creative Director. She noticed that very often at music performances, artists are asked for a lot: photographs, signatures, hugs, etc. Her idea was that instead of asking for something, we simply say "thank you for the music" and hand them a small pewter heart as we were reaching out to their hand. If several of us happened to give the artist a heart (separately)...then they would start to have a collection of the tiny hearts, that would symbolize the circle of support around them.
Look for our pewter hearts at our events....take some.....but most importantly....give them away.
Welcome to PHP.
